1. Final Sale Policy

Due to the intimate nature of jewelry and for the protection of all our customers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," style preferences, or incorrect sizing.

We strongly encourage you to review our product descriptions thoroughly before completing your purchase.

2. Hygiene Standards (Earrings)

For health and safety reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, even if they appear unworn.

3. Damaged or Defective Pieces

We inspect every piece of jewelry by hand before it is packaged. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.

  • Notification Window: You must email us at buy1get1free999@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.
  • Required Info: Please include your order number and high-resolution photos of the defect and the packaging.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or a repair at no cost to you.

4. Custom & Engraved Orders

Any jewelry that has been customized, resized, or engraved specifically for you is considered a permanent sale and is not eligible for repair or replacement unless there is a clear error in the craftsmanship.

5. Care and Wear

Please note that Buy1Get1Free is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, such as:

  • Exposure to chemicals (perfume, chlorine, hairspray).
  • Natural tarnishing of metals over time.
  • Physical breakage caused by snagging or dropping the item.
